Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Sport2day offer an online booking service for After School Clubs and Holiday Sports clubs. Once the booking form has been completed, submitted and payment made your child will be successfully enrolled on the course.

In the event that Sport2day has to cancel an event due to insufficient numbers, parents / guardians will be notified at least 48 hours before the event and a full refund will be issued.

Sport2day cannot be held responsible for any injury caused whilst travelling to and from our events, or any injuries which may occur whilst participating in a contact sport such as football, hockey etc. Sport2day cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst in attendance on, or travelling to or from one of our events.


Medical Information

Sport2day must be made aware by the parent / guardian of any medical condition that their child may have in writing before the event.


Health & Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place.

All Sport2day  coaches hold a current emergency first aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all children to wear shin pads when taking part in football / hockey.


Film / Photography

Sport2day may from time to time take promotional photo / film for promotional literature. Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be included in promotional photos / film must make Sport2day aware at the time of booking.


Personal Property

Sport2day cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Sport2day session.  Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children.

It is the parent / guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and / or available for their child for the activity provided and for changeable weather conditions such as coats and jumpers in case of cold/wet conditions and hats and sunscreen when sunny.


Liability

In the unlikely event that a child is injured on one of our events, parental consent is given to Sport2day to administer emergency aid treatment where necessary or to transfer the child to hospital if deemed necessary. In this event, all attempts to contact parents / guardians will be made using the contact numbers provided. Staff will fill out a incident form which will be passed onto the parent/guardian and school.


Data Protection

Any personal information provided to Sport2day ie, names, addresses etc will be stored in a safe and suitable place in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.


Complaints

In the event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please notify a member of staff at the event or make contact via email at info@sport2day.co.uk and your concern will be dealt with promptly.

Sport2day complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer regulations and will treat your personal information as confidential.
